Refund & Return Policy

At Arvenzo, your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains our return, refund, and cancellation terms in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return

IMPORTANT: Do not send your purchase back to the administrative office in Ottawa. Returns sent without prior approval and the correct warehouse address will not be processed.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective or incorrect, Arvenzo Shop covers the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 AUD).

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Once inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges. Contact us before 08:00 PM (AEST - Australian Eastern Standard Time) on the day of purchase for any modification requests.

5. Consumer Rights (ACL)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
